1:1 expressive art

Being in a group is not for everyone. when you book a 1:1 expressive art session with me I will provide you with invitations to explore your inner self. I will use a variety of modalities to provide you opportunities to explore and connect with your inner knowing. I will be a present and active witness to your art, to your expression and I will invite you to deeper exploration. You decide the focus of your session. you may wish to explore a loss, a life change, a significant happening. You may want to take time just for you to breathe and sink into wellness.

Each 1:1 session is 1 hour.

cost is $50.00 per session
